- Requests for same-day quotes or amendments must be received before 12pm and marked as 'Urgent' in the email subject header.
- Non-urgent requests will be processed within 3 working days.
Updated guidance from AXA
As of 01/08/2020, all original policy terms and conditions have been reinstated.
This includes unoccupancy terms, so clients should be encouraged to make every effort to return to their home, provided Government guidelines and local restrictions apply.
If a client cannot comply with their policy conditions, please let us know immediately and we will assess each case individually.
